Interested in accepting MOTAPAY at your business?

We're selectively onboarding Authorized Retailers and ISO partners. Apply to become an Authorized Retailer and our team will reach out within 1–2 business days to get you set up.

1 Cardholder Support

If you have questions about your MOTAPAY gift card, need help with a transaction, or believe an error has occurred, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer.

When contacting us about a transaction, please include:
  • Your name (as it appeared on the payment card used at purchase)
  • The approximate date and location of the transaction
  • A description of the issue

We will respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.

2 Report Fraud

If you suspect unauthorized use of a MOTAPAY gift card or fraudulent activity, please contact us immediately at mplabsllc@gmail.com with the subject line "Fraud Report" and include as much detail as possible.

MP Labs LLC, its affiliated entities, and authorized MOTAPAY independent sales organizations reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies in the event of fraudulent activity.
